About you: As an Influencer Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our influencer marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for tasks ranging from identifying suitable influencers to ensuring seamless campaign execution, day to day influencer logistics, and reporting. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational abilities will be crucial for this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Influencer Identification and Vetting:

  • Conduct research to identify potential influencers suitable for client campaigns.
  • Assess influencer suitability based on client needs, audience demographics, and alignment with the brand.

Casting Templates:

  • Create casting templates that include influencer engagement metrics, audience profiles, and other relevant details & present to clients for review.
  • Strategically source influencers relevant to the client and/or campaign.

Client Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between the influencer team and talent agencies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and updates.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for clients, including shipping influencer products, tracking information, and maintaining mailing addresses.
  • Coordinate with local vendors when necessary to fulfill campaign requirements.
  • Be in the know’ of influencer trends and social media trends, in an effort to present thoughtful campaign ideas to new & existing clients 

Campaign Operations:

  • Assist in the creation of sales pitches, content strategies, and execution plans.
  • Communicate campaign deadlines to influencers and ensure they are met.
  • Manage campaign asana boards and meet all deadlines assigned to you.
  • Escalate campaign issues to team lead immediately.
  • Regularly check in with influencers to monitor progress and offer support.

Influencer Follow-Up:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with influencers once campaigns are live.
  • Ensure influencers have the necessary resources and support to fulfill their role effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (Experience with Creator IQ is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
