A Snapshot
As the Property Analyst based in our HQ in Sydney, you will report to the Associate Director, Property Operations and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific & Japan region, making your mark in a number of ways:
- The role is responsible for analysis and reporting related to management of assets within AirTrunk portfolio of hyperscale data centres, covering Asia Pacific & Japan’s regions.
Your Day to Day
- Preparing, analysing, and consolidating property and financial data for asset management reports
- Provide updates and reports on financial & operating performance of assets
- Assist with financial modelling & feasibility analytics where required
- Preparation of property related statistics (capex and opex cost analysis, cash flow analysis)
- Assist in monitoring asset performance and identifying opportunities to enhance portfolio returns and cost reduction
- Continuously improve and implement business processes related to financial performance and analysis of owned assets and implement systems to enhance efficiency.
- Assisting with ad hoc research requests, providing support to Ops team
- Prepare reports, presentations and updates related to asset management for internal stakeholders
- Assisting and coordinating financial and technical due diligence related to disposal of assets or restructure of the assets within portfolio (tentative – if we want them involved in asset disposal due diligence when it happens)
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Property , Business or equivalent discipline
- 3+ years of experience in property analysis or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills and interest in asset management
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)
- Excellent Communication skills both written and oral, and the ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff
- Previous Data Centre experience desirable but not essential
