
Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Solutions Architect to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong communication, time management, and consultative skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Responsibilities:

Design and deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions for digital products, following best practices and leveraging modern technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Develop and maintain applications using C#, .Net, .Net Core, Python, and SQL.

Implement solutions leveraging AWS services, DevOps practices, serverless and streaming technologies such as Docker, Kinesis, Lambdas, and EventBridge.

Work with XML, JSON, Windows services, IIS, Oracle, Linux, Postgres, and DynamoDB to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Apply TypeScript, AWS CloudFormation templates, and AWS CDK for infrastructure and deployment automation.

Optimize performance and ensure stability across solutions.

Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization, ensuring timely delivery of quality results.

Contribute as an active member of an Agile team, supporting iterative development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications;

5+ years of systems/software design experience.
-
5+ years of programming experience with C#, .Net, .Net Core, and Python.

3+ years of SQL programming experience.

3+ years of delivering solutions in an Agile environment.

Strong knowledge of AWS, DevOps, serverless, and streaming technologies (e.g., Docker, Kinesis, Lambdas, EventBridge).

Proficiency with XML, JSON, Windows services, IIS, Oracle database, Linux, Postgres, and DynamoDB.

Familiarity with TypeScript, AWS CloudFormation templates, AWS CDK, and AWS infrastructure.

Strong understanding of networks, performance optimization, and system scalability.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
-
Telematics experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
