Role: Senior Recruiter – West Coast

As our Senior Recruiter for the region, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our rapid growth for our multiple subsidiaries in the area (DMG, ToroAire, Nevada Systems Group, Midgely Huber). You will report to the National Manager of Recruiting but collaborate closely with the local HR team and business leaders to support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing and managing reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to be a strategic Talent partner to leadership while optimizing recruiting processes as a part of a collaborative, nation-wide Talent team.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for a wide range of HVAC roles from Technicians to Support to Sales Leads.
  • Partner with hiring managers, and local leadership, to define roles, align on process, and make strong, data-supported hiring decisions.
  • Own recruiting function for multiple subsidiaries across 5 states.
  • Collaborate with local HR and the larger Talent team on projects, searches and systems implementations.
  • Help create a thoughtful, consistent and scalable candidate experience from end-to-end.
  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and industry networking events to proactively source high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough resume and application reviews, performing initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit with the company's core values.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and easily accessible in Greenhouse for data integrity and recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience – experience within HVAC, Manufacturing or Construction a plus.
  • Comfortability with hybrid schedule - ability to be in the Orange, CA HQ 3x a week.
  • Proficiency at using an Application Tracking System, Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
