At Anaplan, we are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, digitally savvy Field Marketing Transcreation Manager to join our Field Marketing team in France. This role reports into the Senior Field Marketing Manager (France) and is responsible for driving marketing programs and paid media across France, in collaboration with our global web, campaign, and paid media teams, and locally in alignment with our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
You will help plan, “transcreate,” localise, and execute marketing campaigns and programs, working cross-team and cross-functionally to ensure visibility and communication to the France team.

Your Impact

“Transcreate” engaging messaging, content, assets, and digital marketing efforts to resonate and drive outcomes in the French language where translation alone is not enough

Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing programs that position Anaplan as the leader in planning by driving awareness, pipeline, and revenue in our target accounts

Collaborate with the Global Revenue Marketing team and our global agency, working within a global framework alongside peers worldwide

Oversee website localisation (including the transition to our new AEM platform) and run marketing programs including webinars, social marketing, SEO/SEM, syndication, email, and nurture

Manage transcreation, translation, and local requirements related to campaigns in close collaboration with internal GTM stakeholders

Work cross-functionally to execute and manage activities including program management, budgeting, content development, translation, scheduling, and agency management

Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously under the direction of the Senior Director of Field Marketing, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are respected

Oversee lead acquisition, processing, nurturing, and follow-up to ensure proper lead management from volume marketing activities

Leverage deep understanding of the French market, culture, and competitive landscape to provide proactive recommendations and feedback to agencies and global teams

Collaborate closely with the France Field Marketing Manager aligned to strategic events, regional partners, and account marketing; provide or receive support on major projects across France and Germany
Your Qualifications

Fluent written and spoken, business-level English and French

5+ years of marketing experience in B2B / SaaS technology within a global company, with a focus on digital programs

Deep understanding of paid and organic search principles to guide local execution with a global agency

Experience in account targeting digital strategies including Demandbase and content syndication

Hands-on experience working in a global AEM web environment, with knowledge of French localisation and natural search optimisation

Proven ability to localise global campaigns and translate assets with strategic insight into local market needs

3+ years of experience managing paid and organic social marketing

Ability to execute email, events, webinar, nurture, and syndication programs from start to finish

Strong project management, creative thinking, and analytical skills

Demonstrated excellence in cross-group collaboration at local, regional, and global levels

Comfortable with accountability and clear, quantified performance targets

Motivated self-starter who thrives in complex and fast-evolving environments

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, delivering high-quality, detail-oriented outputs
