At Anaplan, we are looking for a Customer Success Business Partner (Customer Success Manager) to join one of the fastest growing cloud vendors and make their mark on the industry.

As a Business Partner, you are primarily responsible for the successful deployment, user adoption and on-going health of our customers and their Anaplan solutions. Acting as the key technical contact for customers, you will support them with training, advisory services and support, handling and escalating issues, and ensuring solution adoption and customer satisfaction.

Location: Sydney (Hybrid) / Remote - Australia
What you'll be doing:
- Own the customer experience, driving value, renewals, growth, adoption, road map and overall health in strategic accounts.
- Influence and align internal and external stakeholders, including project teams and business owners.
- Scope and drive successful projects outcomes, The Anaplan Way!
- Serve as the technical SME for large-scale connected planning solutions.
- Partner and align with Sales to drive a collaborative and mutually beneficial customer journey and lifecycle.
More about the role:
- 10+ years of business consulting or customer CoE and implementation experience with multi-dimensional systems such as Anaplan, TM1, Hyperion, BPC, Board, Host Analytics, Adaptive Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced client facing experience including facilitation and negotiation.
- Presence and skill leading workshops to senior stakeholders.
- Experience understanding, translating, optimising and challenging business processes.
- Subject matter expertise in planning and modelling with experience in FP&A or Supply Chain or Sales planning is highly desirable.
- An advanced degree, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, MIS are typical –Professional Qualification a bonus
- 5+ years Mining or Financial services experience.
- Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound).
- Ability to travel is required (At least once in a quarter within Australia).
- Certified Solution Architect or Master Planner a bonus.
