The Role:
As Director of Brand Operations, you’ll be the architect of our creative engine—leading processes, systems, and execution to scale our social content, influencer reach, PR initiatives, integrated campaigns, and more. From trend-driven social videos to trade shows, you’ll ensure the brand team runs seamlessly. Managing two direct reports, you’ll drive collaboration, optimize workflows, and roll up your sleeves when needed to get the job done.
What You’ll Do:
- Scale Social Content: Build processes to grow social media output, partnering with our creative team to deliver high-volume, engaging content for organic and paid channels.
- Extend Our Reach: Streamline workflows that connect social efforts with influencer partnerships, PR, and media opportunities for maximum impact.
- Operationalize Campaigns: Develop processes to align campaigns across channels—social, PR, email, TV, digital, and offline.
- Oversee B2B Events Marketing: Oversee dozens of small events and several large trade shows annually, driving engagement with home services pros across the country.
- Build Systems That Scale: Oversee tools like project management platforms and digital asset management systems (DAMs) to optimize creative workflows.
- Shape Production Capabilities: Expand video production capacity in-house while managing external partners to meet organic and paid content demands.
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and coach two direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Prioritize requests, allocate resources, and keep projects on track across teams.
- Streamline Operations: Identify bottlenecks, refine processes, and ensure creative work is delivered efficiently and effectively.
What You Bring:
- Creative Operations Expertise: Proven success in scaling creative teams and processes.
- Video Production Know-How: Deep experience with video production for social (organic and paid), including building in-house capabilities and managing vendors.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like DAMs and project management platforms to optimize operations.
- Social Fluency: Experience scaling social content, influencer programs, and connecting them to broader initiatives.
- Leadership Skills: A track record of managing high-performing teams with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Collaboration Chops: Exceptional ability to align cross-functional teams and drive clear communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-8 years in creative operations, brand management, or production; 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience scaling video production teams and implementing tools like DAMs.
- Experience working with in-house creative and cross-functional marketing teams.

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $130,000-$185,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
- This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
