About You
We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy, and highly motivated individual to join our HR Technology team as an HR Technology Analyst Intern. In this role, you’ll help support, optimize, and evolve our suite of HR systems, including Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, CompLogix, and other people-focused tools. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on AI-enabled solutions that improve how we deliver people operations across the employee lifecycle.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is passionate about the intersection of HR and technology and is looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Please note that this is a one year full-time internship (40 hours per week).
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
- Assist in the day-to-day administration and troubleshooting of HR systems including Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, and CompLogix;
- Support HRIS configuration, data updates, reporting, and user management tasks;
- Partner with the Sr Global HR Technology Specialist, Sr Manager, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other teams to understand system needs and support key business processes;
- Contribute to process improvement projects and the evaluation of new tools or features, especially those involving AI-driven functionality;
- Help maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems;
- Generate reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders using tools like Workday, and Domo;
- Support the rollout of new systems, enhancements, or integrations through testing, documentation, and training;
- Create and maintain AI Agents that support and enhance the employee experience for things like tier-1 support for existing and new employees, career progression and navigation, as well as integration with existing HR systems;
- Stay current with trends in HR tech, AI applications in HR, and best practices.
What we’re looking for
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field (Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Psychology, or related field preferred);
- A Master’s degree is a plus but not required;
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR, systems analyst, or HR tech-related role (internship experience counts!);
- Interest in HR technology and systems with a basic understanding of one or more tools like Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, etc.;
- Comfortable working with data - attention to detail is key;
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity for how things work and a drive to make them better;
- Great communication and collaboration skills. You’ll work across multiple teams;
- Excited by innovation and emerging technologies, especially AI in HR;
- Familiarity with reporting tools or languages (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Workday Report Writer) is a Nice to Have;
- Exposure to AI tools or platforms used in a business context is Nice to Have;
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance in HR (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA) is a Nice to Have.
