Appodeal is looking for an experienced Product Manager to plan, develop, and execute the strategy for our partners’ casual mobile games.

The ideal candidate would have experience working with mobile games such as puzzles, word games, dominoes, card games, etc. You will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, and testing the roadmap using a data-centric approach. You will manage an international team of developers and testers and work in collaboration with other team members along the way. Your mission is to guarantee the quality and performance of the product. With only a few companies doing what we do, come work for a unique international company in a niche market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a Product Roadmap focused on driving game growth and enhancing user engagement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze game analytics to extract actionable insights and inform product strategies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation, including bug reports, technical specifications, and project summaries.
• Competitor Research: Utilize specialized tools and services to conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, identifying market trends and opportunities.
• Release Coordination: Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
• A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to assess product performance and refine features.
• Hypothesis Development: Independently generate, test, and evaluate data-driven hypotheses to improve game performance.
• Player Experience Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the player experience and implement relevant improvements.
• Feature Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimization of game features to ensure sustained performance and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the mobile gaming industry with card, word, or blocks casual genres with ad monetization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated managerial experience, including leading teams or projects.
• Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in working with data, including Excel, charts, and analytics tools.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, with a keen attention to detail.
• A growth mindset and a strong desire to learn, adapt, and improve, even through mistakes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Technology, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Experience managing mobile engineering teams.
• Background in consulting, finance, audit, or accounting, especially with Big 4 firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, etc.).
