Partner Marketing Manager - Americas (East Coast based)

The Opportunity:
We’re looking to add a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to our Demand Generation team. This exciting role will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to expand our global alliances and partner programs, delivering exceptional value to our Partners (distributors, re-sellers, tech integration partners and MSSPs).
You’ll take the lead in designing and executing innovative partner-focused marketing strategies that empower our Partners and fuel our growth. As the Americas Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and implementing campaigns that drive success and deepen engagement with our North American Partners
You will report to and work closely with our Sr Director of Partner Marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Implement and support our partner marketing strategy that continues to build the existing business partnerships as we scale and expand globally.
- Establish yourself as the key contact with strategic partners and together execute marketing programs and regional plans that grow the relationships with our partners while generating pipeline and closed/won business.
- Develop demand generation campaigns with our partners and work closely with the broader marketing team to bring these GTM programs to life.
- Build marketing engagement programs that support revenue targets and drive measurable outcomes - including Partner-With, Partner-To, and Partner-Through initiatives.
- Deliver upon agreed marketing activities including development of joint messaging and engaging collateral, sales readiness tools, partner campaign kits, use-cases and customer success stories.
- Collaborate with the Armis Partner sales team to plan and support co-marketing programs with partners: email nurture, digital, social, events/tradeshows (virtual), VIP events, event sponsors, webinars, co-branded and co-authored assets, blog, podcasts etc. Tailor global digital campaigns to partner requirements and assist partners with implementation and lead generation
- Manage and optimize comprehensive partner marketing programs by continually tracking performance metrics, demonstrating ROI, utilizing campaign automation tools to manage campaign administration (campaign creation, list uploads, follow ups and generating reports on results.
- Ensure the Armis brand and positioning is consistent throughout partner marketing activities in the region and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to enhance the Armis brand visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with Armis Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creatives, Communications, and Project Management, and align with regional field marketers on joint marketing activities, including events and content (e.g. marketing and sales assets, webinars, websites).
What We Expect:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing operations experience, preferably in SaaS
- Strong project management skills, preferably in helping partners launch co-marketing campaigns and programs. You understand the importance of syncing long term, cadence based co-marketing schedules with the business and product efforts of a partnership
- Excellent content coordination and writing skills for the ecosystem business
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing partner marketing resources, campaigns, events and initiatives (e.g. digital, social, collateral, websites, webinars)
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners
- Team player who can work independently

Salary range guidance for this position is: $80,00-150,000 per year.
