About the role:

As our Channel Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for business growth through our channel partners portfolio. Working closely with the Channel Partnerships Lead and Head of Partnerships, you will design, implement, and manage our channel partnership strategy. You will be taking ownership of the new business and revenue across the partnership channels.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop, own and execute channel partnerships strategy for China
  • Identify, negotiate and on-board key channel partners to drive business growth
  • Partner acquisition and relationship management with the goal of acquiring new accounts
  • Build a winning value proposition with the partners to drive acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the partnership program

We would love to get to know you if you have the following: :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with channel partnerships or business development in a bank, fintech or B2B tech company
  • Proven track record of driving growth and partnerships strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Possesses analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
