About the role:
In a context of Global expansion and growth, you will act as co-pilot for the CEO and executive leadership, working on strategic projects across the organization, driving cross functional projects and priorities, governance and org decisions. As we are building the CEO office, several roles can be filled depending on skills, seniority and experience.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the CEO to Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for Aspire across products, geographies and segments
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Evaluate opportunities and drive cross functional and strategic initiatives to deliver value across the organization
- Oversee key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution.
- Deliver recommendations to senior team members to shape company and product strategy in a concise and compelling way
- Drive opportunities from idea generation to implementation via top notch project management delivery and coordination across key stakeholders
- Engage in continuous monitoring of business trends and outlooks for optimal business planning discussions
- Maintain strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant experience with strong preference of at least 8 years in a top consulting/big 4 /investment banking firm, and/or internal strategy role in a reputable company
- Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and work ethic
- Strong understanding of financial modeling
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Passion for finance, technology and start-ups
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in growing Fintech/strategy consulting as a strong plus
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Extraordinary business acumen and ability to see the big picture and dive deep
- This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for fintech.
