About the role

2025 AuctaneU Summer Internship Program

Applicants must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university 

Interviews: On a rolling basis through March, 2025 

First Day of onsite Orientation: June 3, 2025

Last day of the Internship Program: August 7, 2025

This is a paid internship 

Ability to work 40 hours per week (except for the week of July 4th)

Position is hybrid in Austin, TX (Monday & Friday remotely & Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in-office) 

This is an internship role within the Marketing department.

What will you be doing?

  • Receiving training, including but not limited to content and technical SEO, content creation, and WordPress site management. 
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor webpages to identify content opportunities and create content briefs. 
  • Working with internal and freelance copywriters, internal designers, and AI to create webpages that engage Auctane’s users.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong communication skills, including excellent written communication skills 
  • Analytically minded
  • Interest in search engines and how they work
  • Located in or near the Austin, Texas area
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with WordPress and/or basic HTML
  • Experience managing redirects, especially in Yoast

The Tech

  • Google Suite (mostly Google Docs and Google Sheets)
  • WordPress
