Your EDGE assignment/You will:
The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing compliance operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting global compliance initiatives. The Compliance Manager will act as a key point of contact for compliance-related matters, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Malaysia compliance team.
- Review SVG complaint responses to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead compliance-related business enquiries for SVG.
- Oversee global call and chat monitoring processes.
- Lead global partner monitoring initiatives.
- Review reports on global call and chat monitoring.
- Review reports on global partner monitoring.
- Support the global compliance team in reviewing policies and procedures.
- Review and approve SVG marketing materials.
- Drive the re-KYC project.
- Support the global compliance team in executing the Compliance Plan.
Are You the One?
- Strong expertise in AML and regulatory compliance
- 5+ years of experience in compliance-related roles
- Background in fintech or banking is a plus
- Experience managing and leading a compliance team
- Ability to review reports and ensure regulatory adherence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Attention to detail with a solid understanding of risk management
- Proven experience in leading compliance projects
