About The Role

This role involves researching and solving complex and challenging technical problems impacting our customers. Reporting to our Director of Customer Success, you will be a key part of the organization. As we continue to grow, the potential of leading our support team is a very achievable goal for the right candidate.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Familiar with one compiled language: C, Java, C ++ or similar
  • Good working knowledge of Linux
  • A combination of: Programming (Java, C#, Python, Ruby, JavaScript); Dev. Tools and IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, Maven, Git); 
  • Automation framework experience is highly advantageous (Selenium, Playwright, Appium)
  • Relevant technical customer facing experience of 5+ years

What will you do

  • Solve complex and challenging problems reported by our customers in relation to SBOX, our flagship product.
  • ​​Take responsibility for resolving critical testing issues via workarounds / configs / scripts, while the dev-team provides a standard fix if/when required.
  • Make use of existing content to address common user issues and troubleshoot any new issues in detail.
  • Document and share customer feedback on weekly engineering calls.
  • Write & review technical documentation, provide insights into what customers require in regards to additional documentation, etc.
  • Over time, onboard new team members and help them in understanding key concepts of our product.
