What You’ll Do

Partner with Hiring Managers

  • Define candidate requirements, including experience, skills, and competencies.
  • Align on the hiring process, interview panelists, and best practices.
  • Establish a structured check-in cadence to ensure smooth collaboration.

Source & Attract Top Talent

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture top talent across multiple channels.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Drive the Hiring Process & Close Candidates

  • Manage candidates efficiently through the interview process.
  • Keep candidates motivated and engaged throughout the journey.
  • Lead offer negotiations and facilitate seamless onboarding.

Your Success Story

14 days – Fully onboarded and familiar with our hiring process, tools, and team.
30 days – Actively recruiting for 3-5 roles, aligned with hiring managers, and building a strong pipeline.
90 days – Successfully hired 5-8 outstanding candidates for GTM roles.

What You Bring

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in hiring GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing skills, leveraging innovative and data-driven approaches.

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organized, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes.
  • Strong people skills to engage and motivate candidates.
  • Independent and adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to switch gears quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Compensation:

  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
