We're currently searching for a new colleague who will join our RevOps team as System Business Analyst. The salary range starts at 2,000€ per month, along with restricted stock units and other benefits. Working in one of our Central European offices (Bratislava / Brno) or from home on a full-time basis.

What challenge awaits you? 

The RevOps function at Bloomreach brings our sales, marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams together to build and drive our GTM strategy.  Ultimately, RevOps exists to ensure we are doing everything possible to help our Revenue teams deliver value to customers and exceed Bloomreach’s financial plan. 

We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Business Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step within their career, with a passion for learning, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a desire to drive business improvements through technology. 

As part of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will handle level 1 and level 2 Salesforce support cases, create and manage documentation, contribute to larger strategic projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this role will closely support the Channel Partnerships part of our business through software administration (Channeltivity, Crossbeam etc) and optimisation and further specialize within the field by identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and by implementing data-driven solutions to achieve our business objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with  technical expertise in Salesforce administration & GTM applications, a passion for growth, drive for process optimization through technology, and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Your job will be to:

  • Deploy operating processes that drive compliance/efficiency and ensure rigorous adoption across the Go-To-Market organization
  • Provide technical Salesforce support to end-users, diagnosing system issues and escalating complex problems when necessary. 
  • Create, maintain, and update Salesforce documentation (user guides, process flows, system configurations) to ensure consistent knowledge sharing. Ensure system changes and updates are fully documented, and communicate updates to relevant teams.
  • Administer Channel Partnerships related tech-stack such as Channeltivity, Crossbeam, SuperGlue. 
  • Conduct regular investigations into the current technical setup, identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions to improve processes. Research and recommend enhancements to workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team on larger Salesforce initiatives such as system migrations, integrations, and upgrades. Assist in the testing and implementation of new Salesforce features and improvements.

Expertise

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, and basic administration tasks (e.g., user management, permissions, data management, reports & dashboards, integrations).
  • Business acumen with a focus on understanding revenue processes and aligning system functions to business needs.
  • Ideally, but not necessarily, previous experience with PRM and other channel partnership software (e.g. Channeltivity, Crossbeam, SuperGlue) 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certifications.
