Your mission is to safeguard the customer experience by reducing toil, shortening incident resolution time, and strengthening service reliability - all while reimagining how operations is done at Box.

You’ll lead and grow a team of engineers focused on building intelligent automation frameworks, AI/ML-driven incident workflows, and self-healing systems. Why the team needs you:
We’re building the next generation of cloud operations at Box - one where software, automation, and intelligence replace manual dashboards, reactive firefighting, and tribal knowledge. • You’re a strong communicator who builds alignment across engineering, product, and leadership.
  • You’ve worked with CI/CD systems (e.g. Jenkins, Spinnaker) and automation frameworks, and you’re skilled at systems debugging and scripting (Linux).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AIOps practices, intelligent alerting, and root cause detection.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of experienced engineers in Poland an UK.
  • Define the team's roadmap, execution plans, and take ownership of project delivery.
