At Bynder, things are moving fast. In this crucial function you steer the ship in The Northern Europe (BLX and Nordics) and DACH region. From physical and digital events, third party promotions, to reporting and collaborating with your sales counterparts and key partners in the region – you own it, and within your team you bring the various elements together into a best-in-class growth engine for Bynder in these regions. 

You are a self-starting field marketer with knowledge of designing programs for demand generation, and you have an entrepreneurial mindset that loves building pipeline and driving new business growth. You combine great interpersonal skills with strong commitment to ongoing innovation and rigorous execution. 

Reporting to the Sr. Field Marketing Manager EMEA, you are part of a team of marketing managers - all responsible for their own specific region - that collaborate with Global Campaigns, Content Marketing, Digital, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to deliver a well-balanced Go-to-Market strategy.

  • Develop and execute the regional marketing plan for your regions to create and meet MQLs, pipeline & new business targets, through lead-generation initiatives including: content syndication, email campaigns, webinars, events, content marketing, etc.
  • Adapt, optimize and localize global marketing material to the Northern Europe & DACH markets
  • Collaborate with key partners in the region to create co-marketing programs and joint outbound plays to bolster pipeline 
  • Create a strong collaboration between marketing and sales to ensure sales are equipped with relevant collateral, information and of course, leads.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company 
  • Deep industry knowledge of cutting edge demand generation methods, specifically with a growth-oriented entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience partnering with Sales reps that understands and supports sales drivers; MQL to SQL, pipeline growth and management, territory growth tactics, regional events, and outbound plays. 
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving growth through your marketing programs, campaigns & activities. 
  • Proficiency in either Dutch or German - both is a plus
