Purpose of Position
- The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for driving the design of intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences across CASETiFY’s customer-facing and internal digital products. The incumbent will work closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners to create user-centered solutions that improve usability, engagement, conversion, and overall customer experience.
- The incumbent is expected to bring strong hands-on experience in both UI and UX design, with the ability to translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into effective design solutions. This role will contribute to design strategy, product discovery, interaction design, visual design, and continuous product improvement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process across digital products, from discovery and concept development to detailed design, testing, and delivery support.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and delivery priorities.
- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity design assets for customer-facing and internal digital products.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, mini-programs, and related digital touchpoints,
- Ensure consistency and quality of visual and interaction design across products by applying and evolving design systems, style guides, and reusable design patterns.
- Conduct user research, usability reviews, competitive benchmarking, and data-informed analysis to identify pain points and design improvement opportunities.
- Translate user insights and business requirements into practical, scalable, and elegant design solutions that balance customer experience and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design intent is clearly communicated and properly implemented in development.
- Support design QA and post-launch review to ensure high-quality execution and continuous enhancement of product experience.
- Contribute to product discovery and experimentation by helping define hypotheses, user scenarios, and validation approaches.
- Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors where needed to ensure design alignment, delivery quality, and project progress.
- Promote user-centered design thinking, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement across the product development process.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and execution quality.
- Practical experience in designing customer-facing digital products such as e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, websites, or mini-programs.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and design specifications.
- Experience in working closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders in agile product delivery environments.
- Good understanding of how design decisions impact customer experience, conversion, usability, and business performance.
- Experience with design systems, reusable components, and scalable interface patterns is preferred.
- Ability to conduct or support user research, usability testing, design validation, and interpretation of product or user feedback.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and influence decisions across teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity, consistency, practicality, and delivery speed.
- Known for promoting design quality, collaboration, structured thinking, and continuous improvement.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in UI/UX design, product design, or related design roles.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, omnichannel, or other consumer-facing digital businesses is highly preferred.
- Experience in multicultural and fast-paced environments is preferred.
- Happy to work in a buzzing multicultural environment.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
