- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address high-risk areas, ensuring a comprehensive approach to risk management.
- Maintain and update the operational risk framework, including the risk register and risk taxonomy.
- Facilitate risk reporting and communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on risk status and remediation progress.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives
- Work closely with program sponsors and stakeholders to structure, plan, and execute programs to meet organizational objectives and standards.
- Identify, manage, and overcome program changes, risks, and issues.
- Provide regular program updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Work with other program managers and stakeholders to effectively identify relevant overlapping themes and manage cross-initiative risks and opportunities.
A successful candidate will bring an operational process orientation to company priorities and challenges, guiding and facilitating relevant operational process mapping, metrics design, implementations, and governance where needed. They will demonstrate that they can effectively manage diverse stakeholders, influencing through alignment to company objectives, and balancing a partnership mentality with clear accountability and the ability to create an environment where ideas can be constructively challenged.
Requirements:
