Senior Associate, Corporate Finance

As part of the Strategic Finance Team, you will be working closely with leaders across the company to provide financial insights into the business through cross functional partnership, forecasting, budgeting, pricing and special projects. This position reports to the VP of Finance.
What you'll do:
- Serve as critical link between operators, corporate and management
- Build dynamic, detailed and scalable financial and operational models for specific businesses within CLEAR and the overall company, including our annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts
- Manage opex / capex budgets and forecasts by building detailed and scalable financial models in partnership with the business and overseeing monthly BvA processes
- Identify and clear communicate key risks & opportunities
- Own consolidation of the 3-statement model
- Help drive new initiatives by creating detailed business cases to evaluate and support decision making
- Help drive cost savings initiatives by creating detailed business cases to evaluate and support decision making
- Support creation of Investor Relations, Board of Director and Management Financial Review materials
How you'll measure success:
- Accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to various stakeholders with a focus on providing strategic insights
- Ability to inform strategic decision making using financial frameworks
- Owning internal reporting for opex and capex budgets (e.g. monthly financial reviews)
- Supporting creation of presentations & materials for senior leadership (e.g. Board presentations)
- Improving operational efficiency (e.g. process improvement & system enhancements)
What you're great at:
- 5+ years experience in finance roles at public companies, scaling start-ups or investment banks / private equity firms with at least 2+ years experience in strategic finance / FP&A or similar roles
- Exceptional Excel / financial modeling skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive level presentation skills
- Working knowledge of NetSuite / Oracle Planning and business intelligence tools (Looker) preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask, work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and exhibit flexibility

The base salary range for this role is $120,000.00-$150,000.00 depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
