The Opportunity:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations individual who has experience across a wide range of Sales Operations activities to join a growing Sales Operations team. This is a role within the EMEA Theatre of Operation which is on an aggressive growth trajectory, offering an opportunity for growth and development and the chance to make a genuine impact. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, this individual will have a mix of day to day tasks and also be given the opportunity to work on projects to run with independently.
What you’ll do…:
Business Results:
- A business partner to EMEA Sales region(s) focused on driving sales success in business results through improved productivity and sales process optimization.
- Work proactively to circumvent issues and drive value add to the business including but not limited to providing insight to SFDC hygiene, pipeline and coverage health checks, analytics to support the good running of the business, support in preparation of QBRs or opportunity deep dives etc
- Ensure enablement and drive adoption of appropriate Sales methodologies to improve opportunity and account management (eg TAS/Deal Playbook)
- Support execution of annual planning process including historical reviews, quota allocation, insight into business potential for growth etc
Guardian of Sales Territories:
- Ensure the EMEA Theatre plan is 100% aligned to the Sales Territories in SFDC
- Maintain Sales Territories: newcomers, leavers, Business realignment, data issues / conflicts
- Audit territory changes and ensure 100% compliance with territory management rules
- Troubleshoot operational issues and alert regional, theatre and corporate functions as applicable
Guardian of Sales Compensation Plans:
- Ensure the EMEA Theatre plan is 100% aligned to the Planning Tool, HRIS and Callidus
- New Hires Compensation Plans
- Facilitate and bring to resolution Compensation queries that are raised by the field
- Track, facilitate approval and enter deal crediting into the system
- MBO Tracking and Pay-outs
- Using PowerPoint, Word and Excel help create documents and presentations for Sales Operations Management
- Verify data accuracy and integrity, working with IT and other functional areas for issue resolution
- Demonstrate compliance with internal procedures, processes, and values
- Work collaboratively across Sales Operations (and other) functions to drive consistency, seamless and ‘joined up’ approach to the service we deliver to Sales
Who you are…:
- Proven more than 5 Years’ experience in Sales or Sales Operations or Financial role within a Technology company
- Self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks from start to completion and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience with large data sets, reporting, data validation, and understanding sources and flow of data is required
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Can handle pressure from the field and stay compliant and thorough
- Superior analytical skills
- Must have experience of Sales Force and Power BI
- Additional European Language would be a distinct advantage

How we’re working…Hybrid:
As we continue to embrace the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, we expect the successful applicant to be onsite at least 1 to 2 times per week. There will also be occasional off-site meetings as and when necessary. This approach allows us to maintain a sense of collaboration and community while also benefiting from the advantages of remote work.
