About the Job

As Senior Associate Paid Media, you are data driven and business savvy to develop strategies to impact the topline and bottom line of our business. You will optimize advertising strategies to drive incremental revenue across our brands and increase our brand exposure and preference, offering the opportunity to innovate in a dynamic field and significantly enhance our company's market presence and revenue.

 

The Senior Associate, Paid Media will be responsible for:

  • Co-own revenue target for banking and insurance marketing across the region, reviewing quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue forecasts and articulating opportunities and risks in plan.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions while optimizing ROAS. Outline distinct strategies for driving revenue and profitability.  
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that are regionally scalable but can be localized to service local nuances across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, including adjusting targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
  • Develop test and learn approach to A/B test across audience, channel and creatives to enhance campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Play an active role in partnering product and brand marketing to ensure alignment and integration of business, marketing and paid media objectives 
  • Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure tracking
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media marketing
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. 
  • Develop comprehensive media strategy and plans and recommend effective tactics to meet marketing and campaign objectives, tailoring strategies based on success metrics and desired outcomes. 
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on performance marketing best practices to the broader marketing team.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaign management.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms, including ad management and analytics tools.
  • Resourceful, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.
