As a Global Revenue Enablement Manager on our Sales Enablement Team, you will be at the forefront of driving new revenue growth and upskilling our sales force. This is a unique opportunity to enhance the performance of our Sales Director, Sales Development Representative and Partnership teams by developing innovative learning programs and optimizing sales tools. You’ll work with a talented team to ensure our sales reps have the resources and support to succeed. KEY SKILLS
- Sales Enablement Expertise: 5+ years of experience with a strong background in sales methodologies and best practices, especially value-based selling.
- Strategic and Analytical: Ability to think strategically, track key metrics, and use data to optimize enablement initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator who simplifies complex concepts and presents effectively to varied audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Proven ability to work across departments and foster partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Adaptable and Innovative: Skilled at finding new ways to enable teams, including leveraging technology and AI in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Global Revenue Enablement Manager you will:
- Support Field-Facing Sales Teams: Align enablement efforts for the new business sales teams, focusing on Value Selling and ensuring resources and support are available.
- Design Learning and Onboarding Programs: Lead the creation and management of onboarding and continuous learning pathways (including product certifications) that drive productivity and engagement.
- Create and Maintain Enablement Resources: Develop, organize, and update sales enablement resources such as playbooks, product guides, and competitive insights to align with corporate goals.
- Optimize Sales Tools and Technology: Provide training on sales enablement tools and optimize their use, including Gong.io.
- Track and Measure Performance: Establish KPIs to monitor success and refine programs based on data-driven insights.
- Innovate and Adapt Programs: Continuously innovate and improve enablement programs by integrating AI and staying informed on industry trends.
- Drive Adoption of Key Initiatives: Ensure behavioral changes within the sales team align with business objectives and promote adoption of key initiatives.
- Sales Coaching: Review sales presentations and recordings, providing feedback for process improvement and working closely with sales VPs for individual and team feedback.
