We’re looking for a People Operations specialist who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner to the business and HR team supporting dunnhumby’s employees including systems administration, general HR administration and process support.

Joining our HR team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to effectively manage a high caseload across NAM and LATAM.  You’ll review and help ensure HR policies are fair and consistent, working on complex queries, projects and reviews of our policies.

What we expect from you

  • Provide HR support to dunnhumby’s employees including L&D and Recruitment coordination, systems administration, general HR administration and process support.
  • Respond to all queries promptly, act as trouble shooter and be the contact point for a variety of coordination activities.
  • Assist with the delivery of HR processes through the employee lifecycle (recruitment, induction, international assignments, L&D course material, transition / termination) including the production of associated HR documentation such as letters, references and purchase order processing and follow up.
  • Work with our Centres of Excellence on cyclical HR processes such as bonus payment, salary review and performance management.
  • Where system reporting is not available, maintain trackers for off line HR processes, for example international assignee home leave travel budget, split pay, etc.
  • Support the payroll process for local and international employees including validation of payroll data, working with our third parties and internal experts where required, preparing starter / leaver forms and monthly reporting.
  • Maintain dunnhumby’s HRMS systems including data entry, validation and reporting together with responding to employee queries. Continually look for areas of process improvement to drive efficiencies within the team and more broadly with the business
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business.
