The Role: 
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will support the Tesco Media sales team by delivering meaningful and compelling marketing campaigns. Build the visibility and advocacy of the Tesco Media brand in the industry by developing compelling content marketing and delivering world-class marketing strategies that support the goals and objectives of the wider business. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to align marketing with commercial objectives, collaborating with internal and external teams on industry events, webinars, proposition launches, and brand advocacy initiatives. 
  • Manage our retail media education programme and devise targeted marketing campaigns with media agency and small business teams 
  • Support thought leadership initiatives and brand repositioning projects to drive our marketing strategy 
  • Assist with delivery of new marketing systems, including CRM tools and email strategies, and oversee website content to clearly articulate our media proposition.   
  • Ensure positive industry exposure through effective press relations and produce creative & compelling marketing collateral by working with internal & external designers and agencies. 

 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Solid experience in marketing (within the media industry is a bonus), ideally in a B2B environment.  
  • Proven ability to work as a Marketing Generalist across digital, content, events, and communications - a true team player with the ability to identify and deliver compelling marketing narratives 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally.  
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking abilities.  
  • A passion for data-driven marketing and a curiosity for how media drives customer engagement.
