Your role with us: 

As the Creative Director/Design Manager at Easygo, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and providing strategic creative leadership to elevate our brand and drive the company's growth. You will spearhead our global creative direction, being mindful of the diverse design sensitivities required across different international markets. In this role, you will lead the Visual Design team, overseeing the development and management of  talent. As key brand guardian, you’ll ensure brand consistency and integrity across all touch points. As the Creative Director/Design Manager, you will define and drive the brand and visual direction for the suite of Easygo products. Additionally, you will mentor the team, guiding their professional growth and fostering the development of the department.

What you will do: 

  • Lead and manage a team of diverse designers effectively. Coaching and mentoring to create a culture of open feedback for growth and development. Overseeing performance, setting inspiring goals to motivate the team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conflict resolution skills to manage team dynamics and handle issues promptly.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on team well-being and productivity, while ensuring business goals are being met.
  • Work closely with the Studio Coordinator to ensure efficient and effective workflow through the studio. From briefing, through strategy, to creative development and execution.
  • Manage and be accountable for each step of the creative development process, clearly communicating to drive projects forward, maintaining the highest quality, while ensuring deliverables adhere to brand guidelines. 
  • Operates as a communication hub on projects, ensuring team members/departments are on the same page throughout the project.
  • Be the trusted advisor for our internal stakeholders, aligning project goals with their visions. Understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Be an advocate for Easygo’s suite of products, working closely with Creative stakeholders to ensure that our products are visually leading the way in industry.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, working in collaboration with the Creative Ops team in workshopping and implementing outcomes. 
  • Promote an open and transparent culture, a safe place for sharing ideas, receiving feedback and encouraging in-team and cross-team collaboration.


What you will bring: 

  • A strong people leader, leading by example, distilling fairness and empathy in everyday interactions. Handling sensitive situations with tact and respect. 
  • Highly skilled in conceptualising designs with a keen awareness of current trends.
  • Capable of leading decisively within an integrated team, keeping focused in a dynamic and highly creative business environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and pitching innovative ideas.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in influencing others and effectively negotiating in a positive manner.
  • Advocates for change initiatives and challenges the status quo.
  • Highly motivated, deeply committed to, and a firm believer in the brand’s vision.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director or similar discipline 
  • Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates expertise in digital design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with design software tools and technologies.
