What your day-to-day will look like

  • Support the organization and execution of internal and institutional events
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders, following up on negotiations, contracts, payments and deliveries
  • Manage timelines, budgets and operational workflows related to projects and events
  • Organize controls, reports and follow-ups related to the team’s initiatives
  • Support community initiatives and social programs, ensuring organization and progress of deliveries
  • Support the operational management of sponsorship funding initiatives
  • Support communication flows, follow-ups and organization of the team’s projects and program

What you need to shine in this role

  • Strong organizational and operational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to navigate dynamic environments and shifting priorities without losing execution quality
  • Analytical mindset to manage budgets, reports and operational controls

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience supporting events or community initiatives
  • Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets or operational routines
  • Familiarity with dynamic and fast-paced environments
