About the Team
The Commercial Strategy & Operations (Revenue Operations) team supports the President and his broader go-to-market function, including sales, marketing, account management, client success, channel partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and benefits consultants), and Network Development. The Network Development team within Commercial is responsible for growing our provider network by signing contracts with surgeons and facilities across the country in service of our members. Without this team, we wouldn’t be able to enable healthcare access for our millions of members today and millions more to come in the future.

Your Mission
Reporting to the VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations, the Revenue Operations Manager will be dedicated to the Network Development team by running strategic planning, developing and measuring KPIs, and supporting day-to-day execution. You will be the ‘right-hand’ and thought partner to the Chief Network Officer, holding them accountable to execution and embedding yourself in the team to uncover and execute on their strategic and operational needs. Much like a B2B sales operations role, you will help to analyze our current provider network, identify and re-prioritize the team to the strategic areas of focus, manage their provider pipeline and forecasting process, bring their Salesforce.com and other system design requirements to the GTM Systems team (also within Strategy & Operations), and spearhead cross-functional initiatives that make the Network Development team better. Ultimately, your efforts will accelerate results and directly fulfill Lantern’s mission of improving access and affordability of care.
What You Will Do
- Be the right-hand to the Chief Network Officer, addressing his various strategic and operational needs
- Help shape and directly implement the Networks strategy & team coverage model, including establishing growth targets, identifying strategic growth markets / provider types, designing and managing sales and account management territories, setting quotas, and implementing and managing compensation plans
- Spearhead a variety of sales and cross-functional initiatives that level-up the Network Development organization by partnering with others in Strategy & Operations along with IT, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance
- Define and report on Network Development KPIs using SQL and Excel, and devise action plans that improve the long-term strategy and near-term execution against that strategy
- Establish and run the Networks operating cadence (regularly occurring meetings and report readouts) to manage the provider pipeline, execute on prospective provider contracts, and forecast accurately
- Integrate the corporate sales objectives with Network Development plans to ensure alignment between Network Development and the needs of corporate clients / prospects
- Work closely with the field to collect Salesforce.com and other systems requirements and ensure they are implemented successfully by the GTM Systems team
What You Will Bring
- 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, management consulting or investment banking
- Excellent Excel and SQL skills
- Process-driven and organized to run cross-functional projects
- Highly analytical systems-thinker who connects the dots and recognizes the downstream impacts of changes within a system
- Excel at building connections, enjoy working collaboratively, and are able to quickly establish rapport and trust with partners across the company
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or a quantitative field
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
- Experience in healthcare or digital health a plus
