Healthcare is usually slow and boring. We believe in its potential to be exciting and entertaining. But changing the healthcare experience is hard – and we’re gonna need all the help we can get…!

About Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus (or "Euc" for short) is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company on a mission to solve the world’s biggest healthcare challenges – from obesity and metabolic disease to fertility and mental health.

We combine clinical care, technology, and design to help people access the best treatment when and where they need it. Since 2019, we’ve helped over 500,000 patients globally through our digital clinics: Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, and Compound. Our growing team spans five countries (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines), and we’ve raised over $160M AUD from world-class investors.

Euc is for people who want to build things that matter – and improve the health of millions around the world.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of one of the most ambitious and high-impact bets at Eucalyptus: our patient facing AI Health Assistant.

This role sits at the cutting edge of healthcare and generative AI – building a personalised health assistant that supports patients across their treatment journey, from education and motivation to clinical outcomes. It’s a rare opportunity to shape the future of care in a way that scales empathy, intelligence, and support for thousands of people every day.

You’ll drive the strategy, design, and iteration of the Assistant across our two fastest-growing clinics – Juniper and Compound – with the goal of creating transformative patient experiences.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the Gen AI Assistant roadmap – working with Group PM and Head of Product, defining the patient problems we solve, what we build, why it matters, and how we measure success.
  • Experiment and ship quickly – build fast feedback loops to test ideas, iterate on real-world insights, and deliver patient value at pace.
  • Design magical, AI-powered experiences – imagine and create new ways the Assistant can solve meaningful, personal problems and embed our product deeper into the daily lives of patients Using generative AI and large language models.
  • Partner deeply with engineering, data, design, and clinical – this is a highly cross-functional role where success depends on tight collaboration.
  • Dive into the data – analyse product usage, model performance, and health outcomes to uncover opportunities for impact.
  • Shift from generalist to specialist – develop deep product and patient understanding to deliver targeted improvements that matter most.
  • Have fun pushing boundaries – try new things, challenge status quo, and help us figure out what the future of healthcare looks like.

Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of product management experience working in high-velocity, cross-functional teams.
  • You’re obsessed with patients, not just features – empathy and health impact drive your decision-making.
  • You’re curious and analytical – equally comfortable diving into data, customer research, or experimentation frameworks.
  • You’re energised by AI – you use it, learn about it, and are excited by its potential to change lives. (Experience working on AI products is a bonus, but not required.)
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments – balancing speed, quality, and MVP thinking to maximise impact.
  • You’re a strong communicator and collaborator – you bring people together and move them toward a shared vision.
  • You’re excited about building something new – this is not just another PM role. It’s a chance to shape a once-in-a-generation shift in how healthcare is delivered.

Why you should join Euc

  • Our teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong. You’ll get to stretch yourself everyday and work amongst people who care deeply about our patients. You’ll be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems and receive regular feedback from a supportive team
  • We move at incredible speed - You’ll work with team mates who build in the open by sharing their work freely, this helps us learn and iterate quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than our competitors. You’ll **spend a lot of time outside of your comfort zone learning and iterating frequently, we wouldn’t have it any other way
  • We will invest in your career - You’ll get access to an annual professional development budget, mentors and buddies to ensure that you have the support you need to level up. You can expect regular performance and pay reviews as your career grows. We're championing the next generation of talent – Euc has been recognised in Hatch's Hotlist as a Australia's top employer, as rated by Gen Z's.
  • We are all owners - You’ll be given equity to ensure that you are able to benefit in the upside of your contribution in helping Euc grow. Your ideas will be valued regardless of your role, you will have ownership over the projects you work on which will feel both terrifying but extremely fulfilling
  • We play as hard as we work - You’ll experience our frequently catered wellness themed talks, exercise classes, whoops to track your wellbeing, free barista coffees, funded social clubs and quarterly rooftop parties…we know how to let our hair down!
  • We’ll have your back when you need us the most - You’ll be able to lean on a range of leave offerings to support you when needed, this includes: personal health and professional development leave, a generous parental leave that offers 20 weeks paid leave for a primary carer, additional miscarriage leave (see more on Kin Fertility’s #WeNeedMoreLeave campaign), as well as our Employee Assistance Programme

At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
