The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team. In addition to providing high-level administrative support, you will own project management for company-wide initiatives and lead internal communications to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization. You will also manage various operational tasks including office spaces.

What You'll Do:

Executive Support:

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage scheduling of rooms, equipment, and shared resources across offices.
  • Assist staff with internal tools and technology to support efficient workflows.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and manage procurement processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff, providing guidance and support for operational needs.

Project & Initiative Management:

  • Oversee major projects and cross-departmental initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set project priorities, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to improve overall efficiency across teams.

Internal Communications & Engagement:

  • Develop and coordinate internal communication strategies, including organizing regular town hall meetings.
  • Work closely with teams to prepare presentations, updates, and materials for company-wide briefings.
  • Ensure key messages and organizational updates are clearly communicated across the company.

Operational Excellence:

  • Partner closely with clinical and administrative leads to align workspace operations with organizational goals.
  • Oversee vendor management, office workflows, and overall operations of the Denver workspace to ensure a well-functioning and efficient work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years in an Executive Assistant or related role.
  • Proven experience in project management and coordinating large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for facilitating effective internal communications.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience with event coordination and organizing company-wide meetings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ABA practices or healthcare settings is a plus.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.

Expected salary range in Denver

$90,000 - $120,000 USD
