Cloud System Administrator Intern — Summer 2026

What You’ll Do
During your internship, you will:
- Use the latest cloud technologies to modernize infrastructure
- Migrate workloads to the cloud by coding, testing, implementing and supporting infrastructure automation services on Gallup’s global platform
- Collaborate with a progressive technology team — storage cloud engineers, network engineers and system administrators
- Set up integration and support cloud environments with the end user always in mind
What You Need
- Enrollment in an associate, undergraduate or graduate school program in computer science, MIS or a related field required
- Enrollment at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska, required
- Anticipated graduation between August 2026 and May 2027 preferred; will consider 2028 graduates
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer of 2026 required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha, Nebraska, office Monday-Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
- Basic knowledge and experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or GitHub required
- Basic knowledge and/or experience with Windows or Linux server administration, networking, or infrastructure required
- Classroom or professional experience working with one or more of the following technologies required: IIS, Python, .NET, .NET Core, Terraform, Puppet, Jenkins, PowerShell, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub
- Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

- A full-time summer 2026 internship that pays $20-$25/hour
- The potential to work up to 20 hours per week during the school year, depending on business demands, and a potential full-time job offer upon graduation, based on Gallup’s business need and intern performance
