Associate Application Analyst

The Role 

The Associate Application Analyst will be responsible for end-user support of a suite of applications within our Processing and Cultivation facilities, with an emphasis on MS Dynamics Supply Chain Management suite. They will be assisting the implementation team with testing, configuration, and documentation. You will be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands. The Associate Application Analyst also acts as a technical lead in new capability development and will be leading the requirements gathering, functional design as well as functional and regression testing.   

Responsibilities 

  • Primary point of contact for users' inquiries and issues related to Cultivation and Processing applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 
  • Diagnose and investigate issues, incidents, and service requests related to applications in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into system solutions. 
  • Provide assistance to the business team with functional or process-related support questions regarding applications. Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements, and offer effective solutions or workarounds as needed. 
  • Proactively monitor the Dynamics 365 platform to identify potential issues or performance bottlenecks.  
  • Maintain and develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and support-related activities. 
  • Develop and share monthly reporting on ticket trends and help develop action plans to reduce number of tickets and average resolution times. 
  • Assist in project coordination and progress tracking for enhancement and new capability initiatives 

Qualifications  

  • 1+ years' experience as a business system analyst working with retail or CPG systems.  
  • Customer-oriented, ability to self-manage and take ownership. 
  • Demonstrated history of applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in previous roles. 
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies and technology delivery 
  • Strong technical background and comfort troubleshooting reported issues/bugs for internal and SaaS applications 
  • Project coordination and organization skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities 

Additional Requirements 

  • Must pass any and all required background checks  
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry  
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
