We are expanding in Santa Clara County and are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant who wants meaningful work, modern tools, and a team that is truly present.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55–$65/hour (depending on experience)

• $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid in structured installments)

Your Role

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, function, balance, and safety

• Perform therapeutic exercise, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training

• Educate patients and caregivers

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team

• Complete documentation in Kinnser supported by AI-assisted charting tools

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current California PTA license

• Home health experience preferred; strong outpatient or inpatient PTAs encouraged to apply

• Valid California driver’s license 

• Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
