Your Role

• Provide direct physical therapy services (gait training, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-ed) under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and safety in the home setting.

• Utilize physical agents such as ultrasound, heat/cold therapy, and massage.

• Instruct patients/caregivers on the use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, and prosthetic devices.

• Complete documentation in Kinnser immediately after visits using AI-assisted tools.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

• License: Current California PTA License (Required)

• Driver’s License: Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean record (Required)

• Experience: Home Health experience is preferred, but we are happy to mentor strong candidates from outpatient or inpatient backgrounds.

• Skills: Strong communication, tech-savvy, and a compassionate personality.

• Travel: Ability to travel regularly within a 15–25 mile radius in San Francisco.
