Senior Backend Developer, Blockchain & Social App

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. They are an innovative startup in the incubation stage, a social app dedicated to leveraging homomorphic encryption technology for data security while enabling user linkage based on their profiles and encrypted data. Their vision is to redefine data security and user profiling in ways that transcend current standards.

They are looking for a Senior Blockchain Backend Developer to join our team. This role requires expertise in Python and Solidity development.

Job Description:

• Engage in backend development, propose architectural decisions, participate in design processes, conduct design and code reviews, and implement products.
• Take part in and manage the development of secure smart contracts for token systems, including tokenomics design and implementation.
• Identify and resolve complex issues in large-scale backend infrastructure and mobile platforms.
• Manage documentation for all code and functionalities implemented.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and mobile engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Data Science with 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficient in Python, RESTful API, and Flask.
• Experience in smart contract development, especially in DeFi contracts, with a deep understanding of contract vulnerabilities and prevention strategies.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with microservice architecture using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Competent in Linux operations and capable of handling basic tasks independently.
• Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to abstract and decompose business logic.
• Excellent learning and communication skills, with a keen interest in exploring new technologies.
• A strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
