To date, ID.me has grown rapidly without dedicated Marketing. We are a seed-stage organization in a high-growth, high-performing company. As we scale, we’re building the foundational marketing capabilities to drive consumer awareness, trust, growth, engagement. About the Role
ID.me is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to shape and execute how our brand and products connect with the world—through insights, strategic storytelling, campaign development, and go-to-market execution. This role combines the rigor of outbound product marketing, the narrative clarity of brand management, and the growth mindset of consumer marketing.
You’ll own business objectives tied to launches, adoption, engagement, and brand trust—translating them into integrated marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns that span the full customer journey. Whether launching a new product or amplifying our mission, you’ll lead with insight, shape messaging, and partner across teams to deliver high-impact marketing that drives results.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for a marketer who thrives in dynamic environments, blends analytical thinking with creativity, and brings a builder’s mindset to everything they do.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Own the development and execution of GTM plans for product launches, feature rollouts, and strategic initiatives.
- Start with business objectives and insights, define strategic marketing plans that define value propositions and key messaging, and lead the development of campaigns that deliver the right message to the right people at the right time.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Growth, and Comms to ensure initiatives are timed, messaged, and measured for maximum impact.
Messaging & Materials
- Craft and evolve positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences, products, and use cases.
- Balance emotional resonance with functional clarity, using insights and structured narrative development.
- Ensure message consistency across channels, touchpoints, and partnerships.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Build full-funnel marketing plans across paid, owned, earned, and lifecycle channels—designed to drive business outcomes.
- Translate insights into clear briefs for creative, lifecycle, and media teams, setting a high bar for execution.
- Ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, on-brand, and performance-driven.
KPIs & Measurement
- Align initiative KPIs to top-level Marketing KPIs to drive adoption, engagement, conversion, and trust; partner with analytics to track and optimize.
- Translate brand goals (e.g., perception, awareness) into actionable marketing tactics and measurable results.
- Lead post-campaign analysis to surface insights and inform future strategies.
Brand & Business Bridge
- Apply ID.me’s brand positioning and voice with consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Support brand health measurement using insights, perception data, and market signals.
- Bridge long-term brand strategy with day-to-day marketing execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Design, Comms, Growth, and Sales to align messaging and marketing across functions.
- Collaborate with internal and agency teams to execute creative and media strategies.
- Help develop internal playbooks that drive consistency, accelerate GTM execution, and link storytelling to measurable business impact.

- Highly collaborative, with strong communication and project management skills.
- Equally comfortable refining messaging frameworks and rolling up your sleeves to manage campaign timelines and briefs.
- Energized by building, testing, and optimizing in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
What You Bring
- 6-8 years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, brand management, or go-to-market strategy.
- Proven success leading GTM campaigns and owning measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, insights, creative, and growth teams in high-performance environments.
- Deep interest in brand performance metrics, customer research, and marketing analytics.
- A portfolio or track record that demonstrates ownership of marketing strategy and execution from concept to measurement.
- Strong writing and storytelling instincts, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Bonus: experience in tech, marketplaces, fintech, identity, or highly regulated categories.
The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

$185,000 - $196,560 USD
