  • Strategic Talent Partnership:  Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers across non-technical functions, shaping hiring strategies, calibrating talent profiles, and providing insight on market conditions, candidate trends, and competitive talent landscapes.
  • Process Design and Standardization:  Build, refine, and drive consistent recruiting processes across varied business functions to improve efficiency, reduce bias, and ensure a high-quality, equitable hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • AI-First Recruiting Execution:  Leverage AI tools, automation, and data-driven workflows to streamline recruiting operations, enhance sourcing and engagement strategies, reduce manual work, and improve overall hiring velocity.
  • Stakeholder and Hiring Manager Leadership:  Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop structured interview plans, align on evaluation criteria, and facilitate effective, data-informed debriefs and hiring decisions.
  • Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:  Track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that increase scalability, consistency, and hiring outcomes across GTM and G&A teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong background hiring for GTM functions such as Sales and Marketing, as well as corporate G&A functions including Finance, Legal, People, and Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic partner and a hands-on recruiter, balancing high-volume execution with thoughtful, high-quality hiring practices.
  • Proven success building and managing disciplined, repeatable recruiting processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Comfort operating with lean resources, navigating ambiguity, and independently driving results in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
