Job Summary:
The Project Manager - Change Management role is a skilled project manager with expertise in Organizational Change Management for SAP technologies. This role is expected to create and manage project and change management plans that drive adoption, ensure ultimate utilization of changes, and ensure proficiency with SAP system and process changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. The Project Manager - Change Management plays a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. - The primary responsibility of the Project Manager - Change Management role is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. These improvements increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
- The Project Manager will accomplish this by developing and implementing change management strategies and plans for SAP technology and processes that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
- These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes, and coordinating efforts with PMO leadership, implementation partners, and other project workstreams.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- This role will partner with the Technical Program Manager to perform efficient and effective project management for SAP technologies and processes, while coordinating efforts with PMO leadership, implementation partners, and other project workstreams. Effective project management includes developing and maintaining project plans, identifying and managing risks, managing resource allocations and reporting on resource allocation issues across functional areas, and keeping projects on time, in scope, and within budget.
- Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities by
leveraging a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. - Supporting communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Assessing the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Leading training efforts by preparing, designing and delivering training programs, leveraging documented requirements.
Additional responsibilities:
- Complete change management assessments
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
- Create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Coach people managers and supervisors
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Manage stakeholders
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organizational level

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience performing formal project management for SAP - S/4 HANA projects: establishing scope, creating project artifacts, developing detailed project and resource plans, independently leading from initiation through closing, managing issues and risks, and establishing and maintaining a proactive and effective communication cadence.
- The ideal candidate has experience with managing change for SAP - S/4 HANA enterprise wide projects and programs.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Equipment Knowledge:
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Experience with Asana a plus
Experience Requirements:
10+ years experience in project/change management. Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Change Manager, with experience leading change management on SAP projects.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- Change management certification or designation required (PROSCI preferred)

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
