Why this role is exciting!
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our growing suite of products in the creator economy. Based in New York City, this role is central to shaping how we position, launch, and drive adoption of solutions tailored for creators, influencers, and the brands that work with them.
You will sit at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing, developing clear messaging, market insights, and compelling narratives that resonate with creators and their partners. What you will be doing:
- Lead positioning, messaging, and storytelling for creator-focused products across multiple channels.
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new feature launches and product initiatives.
- Own internal and external product communications deliverables to drive user education and feature adoption such as release notes; feature primers, blogs, videos, and FAQs; product walk-throughs; and user documentation and tactics such as one sheets, client emails, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, bylines, webinars, videos, microsites, and the impact.com website.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user segmentation to inform product development and marketing strategy.
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Collaborate closely with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on market needs and user feedback.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify and act on opportunities to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and launches.
- Be the internal expert on creators as a user group: their workflows, motivations, challenges, and goals.
- Other duties as assigned by the Company.
Does this sound like you?
- 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital content landscape.
- Experience marketing to or working with creators, influencers, agencies, or talent managers.
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for SaaS or platform-based products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
