Document Processing Team Leader

POSITION SUMMARY:

Accurately and efficiently enter documents into the electronic storage system for easy retrieval. This includes indexing (data entry), preparing, and scanning documents. Helps the Document Processing Manager lead the team and departmental functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for scanning invoices
  • Inserts bar code dividers between documents
  • Indexes invoices
  • Responsible for accurate batch totals
  • Maintains scanner
  • Fill in for Manager when out of the department
  • Support Manager as needed to include but not limited to: 
    • Delete documents and edit properties on invoices as needed
    • Train team members on procedures
    • Report issues to proper support staff
  • Learn all front end and back-end projects requirements
  • Regular and reliable attendance required
  • Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate
  • General technical knowledge including the ability to perform basic computer and copying functions.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to maintain a high level of accuracy in a repetitive task, and able to direct team members.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interface well with other internal departments.

7.30 p.m. to 4 a.m.
