About JazzX AI:

Vision: Enterprises operating on institutional intelligence—governed, self-improving, and scalable beyond individual expertise.

JazzX AI is defining the future of enterprise work—by building AI-native digital workers that actually get the job done.

We believe enterprises don't scale expertise—they lose it. Knowledge stays trapped in individuals, judgment gets applied inconsistently, and the best talent spends time on work that should run itself. We're changing that.

JazzX AI transforms messy enterprise reality into institutional intelligence: governed digital workers that capture expert judgment, make every decision explainable, and continuously improve through real-world execution. The result is faster decisions, higher-quality outcomes, and reliable execution at scale—in domains where getting it wrong isn't an option.

We're starting with lending and due-diligence workflows—complex, regulated, high-stakes. From here, we're building the backbone for enterprise intelligence across industries.

This is early-stage, hard, and consequential work. If you want to be part of bringing AI systems to market that actually run in production, handle real complexity, and deliver real outcomes—not demos, not chatbots—JazzX AI is the place.

Staff Solutions Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid)

Role Overview

As a Staff Solutions Engineer, you are a hands-on software engineer who leads customer engagements from a technical pod while remaining deeply involved in design and implementation.

You will own the technical success of customer deployments built on JazzX’s AGI platform—leading architecture, implementation, and delivery while working directly with enterprise customers. This role is designed for engineers who enjoy building real systems, guiding other engineers, and taking accountability for outcomes in complex customer environments.

It is a delivery-focused engineering leadership role that combines deep technical execution with customer-facing ownership.

You will:

  • Lead customer engagements as the technical owner for a delivery pod.
  • Design and implement production-grade enterprise systems using JazzX’s platform.
  • Apply GenAI and LLM-based capabilities (e.g., RAG, agent workflows) as part of scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Partner with product, platform, and research teams across the full solution lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for customer deployments.
  • Influence platform evolution by feeding real-world learnings back into reusable components and patterns.
  • Set a high engineering bar through hands-on contribution, design leadership, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Software Engineering

  • Write and review production-quality code across backend services, APIs, and orchestration layers.
  • Make architectural decisions balancing scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
  • Design and build robust integrations with multiple third-party systems using RESTful APIs, event-driven interfaces, and data pipelines in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ensure solutions meet production standards for reliability, observability, and operational readiness.

Applied GenAI & Agentic Systems

  • Apply a strong understanding of LLM behavior, capabilities, and limitations to design reliable, production-ready systems.
  • Build and orchestrate agentic workflows that coordinate multiple steps, tools, and decision points to achieve complex goals.
  • Design prompt strategies, tool interfaces, and control flows that enable agents to reason, act, and recover from failures.
  • Integrate LLMs into larger software systems with clear boundaries, guardrails, and observability.
  • Evaluate and iterate on agent behavior using real-world signals such as correctness, latency, cost, and user outcomes.
  • Collaborate with platform and research teams to validate emerging agent frameworks and reasoning approaches in customer environments.

Customer Delivery Leadership

  • Lead technical execution for customer POCs, pilots, and production rollouts.
  • Work closely with customer engineering and IT teams to integrate JazzX into existing enterprise ecosystems.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration, data, and system issues, owning resolution end-to-end.

Staff-Level Impact

  • Lead and mentor engineers within the delivery pod, providing technical direction and feedback.
  • Establish and reinforce best practices for customer-facing engineering.
  • Turn customer insights into reusable architectures, templates, and delivery standards.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 9+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with a proven track record of writing maintainable, well-tested code.
  • Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Practical experience applying GenAI or LLM-based systems in real-world applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent workflows, LLM-backed services).
  • Experience leading or owning technical delivery for customer-facing projects.
  • Strong understanding of system reliability, observability, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and customer stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for key customer engagements.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience delivering software in regulated or policy-heavy domains (e.g., finance, lending, healthcare, insurance).
  • Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, or knowledge retrieval systems.
  • Experience contributing to shared libraries, internal platforms, or reusable engineering components.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or early-stage product environment.

Attributes We Value

  • Hands-On Leadership: You lead by building, reviewing, and guiding—not by delegating everything.
  • Engineering Excellence: You care deeply about correctness, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Customer Empathy: You understand enterprise constraints and design systems accordingly.
  • Ownership & Accountability: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: You raise the bar for those around you.

Why Join JazzX AI -

What draws people to JazzX AI is the opportunity to build something truly foundational.

We are at the beginning of a new era — one where enterprise systems will no longer be static tools, but dynamic collaborators that learn, reason, and evolve alongside the people who use them. At JazzX AI, you’ll help build a platform that redefines how work happens in the AGI era.

JazzX AI brings together vision, deep technology, and purpose. This is not about experimenting with AI features; it’s about turning the promise of AGI into practical, auditable, and human-aligned systems that enterprises can trust and rely on at scale. The work here directly impacts productivity, efficiency, and decision-making in complex, real-world environments.

If you’re motivated by building systems that matter — systems that combine intelligence with responsibility — JazzX AI offers the chance to do that work at a deeper level, with real ownership and lasting impact.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
