Sr Financial Analyst

Keeley Construction is looking for a Sr Financial Analyst to join our Accounting Group in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Develop advanced financial models to evaluate investments, business scenarios, and performance trends.
  • Provide actionable insights through dashboards, presentations, and management reporting.
  • Track key financial metrics, analyze variances, and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Drive the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with leadership.
  • Conduct profitability and cost-benefit analyses to influence business decisions.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with deep-dive analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial systems and reporting.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to enhance Keeley’s financial strategy.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
