Position Overview: The Director of Sales Support plays a critical role in driving strategic alignment and operational efficiency across the Kensington Sales organization. This role is responsible for establishing processes to manage cross-functional feedback, communication needs, and project execution. Acting as a trusted advisor and operational leader for the Sales leadership team, the Director of Initiative Management ensures seamless execution of key initiatives and supports change management efforts to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intake Process & Communication Management

- Establish and manage an intake process to collect feedback + consolidate communication needs from Kensington Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Consolidate and streamline Sales-specific communication needs to ensure consistency and alignment across teams.
- Create templates to support standardizing routine communication for Regional teams/LOBs within Kensington Sales
- Change Management

- Own change management communication and process development specific to the Kensington Sales teams.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools through comprehensive communication, training, and support.
- Work across Kensington to identify critical supports of change management initiatives and needs per launch.
- Project Management

- Lead the project management of Kensington Sales initiatives, providing cross-functional visibility and support as required.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Leadership Support

- Assist the Kensington Sales leadership team in establishing and maintaining an internal routine of key sales meetings.
- Act as a chief of staff for the Kensington Sales leadership team, ensuring alignment of priorities and seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration & Visibility

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide transparency and foster collaboration on key projects and initiatives.
- Develop and cascade reporting tools to support communication and performance management efforts across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, change management, or operational leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes that drive efficiency and alignment.
- Experience in supporting leadership teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- This role is essential in ensuring that Kensington Sales initiatives are effectively managed, communicated, and aligned with the broader organizational strategy.
