Responsibilities

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs.
  • Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Prior Lexus/Toyota experience and ASE Certifications 
  • SMOG and Repair Licenses are also a big plus.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Schedule

  • This full-time position offers a 4-day, 10-hour work week and requires availability for some Saturdays. The service department remains closed on Sundays.

Compensation:

  • The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00.
