We are looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our key initiatives: creating a unique OMNI consumer experience for the customers of our retailers by combining online and offline data, networks, and insights. In this role, you will:

  • Define the strategy and features needed to achieve our goals.
  • Plan the product roadmap and manage projects from drafting technical specifications to successful launch.
  • Engage extensively with retailers to ensure your solutions are user-focused and highly demanded.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality functionality is delivered on time.

What We Hope to Find in You

As a product manager, you have:

  • Experience launching new B2C products
  • Great skill in customer research, problem discovery, and analytics
  • Deep understanding of end-user needs

Additionally, you are fluent in Russian and have English language skills at a C1 level or higher (both written and spoken).

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience in the retail or eCommerce industry
  • Background in roles that bridge offline and online environments
