We’re looking for a Senior SaaS Systems Administrator to join our global SaaS Systems Administration team. You will have the opportunity to drive adoption of the latest and greatest IT and SaaS technologies while supporting the organisation's growth. You will be collaborating with other SaaS Systems Administrators for the end-to-end management and execution of Lightspeed's IT platforms, 3rd party systems, and security needs. Plus closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. 

Given you'll be working as part of a global team and partnering closely with colleagues from North America, we're looking for someone who's open to working early mornings from 7am 4 days per week, to crossover with the team. You'll be afforded flexibility outside of this, to accomodate for the early starts. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide technical support for complex issues that require a SaaS Systems Administrator, act as the final escalation point.
  • Maintain and improve Lightspeed’s core IT and SAAS services such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, OneLogin, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to solve complex issues and lead IT projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define strategic needs, architect solutions aligned with business goals, and lead project execution
  • Automate processes using a low-code/no-code platform (Workato)
  • Integrate and automate SaaS via API
  • Configure SAML applications 
  • Handle sensitive information with sound judgement; implement and maintain effective security systems to reduce business risk.
  • Develop audit-proof systems and records; create quality control and assurance processes to prevent and check errors.
  • Juggle multiple projects and demands effortlessly; meet Lightspeed’s SLAs for issue response and resolution.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new enterprise technologies as Lightspeed scales.
  • Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance indicators to identify and address potential issues proactively.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a Senior candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM), OneLogin Identity and Access Management (IAM), Helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA), would be advantegous to have. But we're open to those with experience in other applicable software services.
  • Extensive experience in a system administration role
  • Experience supporting large environments of Macbooks and Windows users with an ability to troubleshoot issues patiently
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex network environments
  • Experience in designing and implementing robust enterprise environments using cloud infrastructure and SaaS services
  • Experience in designing and maintaining an enterprise server infrastructure and services
  • Programming experience with low-code / no-code environments
  • Programming experience with Bash, Python and/or Powershell
  • Proven experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining various technology components to meet business requirements.
