We are looking for Quality Test Developers to join our product, Ecwid by Lightspeed, in Tbilisi. You will work on many projects that will have a tremendous impact on the daily lives of thousands of merchants all over the world. Ecwid by Lightspeed allows you to hold sales, integrates into any website, and is suitable for selling any kind of product, whether it's disposable tableware or a locomotive. The platform is in the reliable hands of QA engineers, and we are looking for programmers interested in automation to join our team. If you want to grow in both programming and testing, we would be happy to collaborate with you.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Write efficient, understandable, and maintainable code
  • Develop UI, API, and screen tests
  • Investigate the causes of test and product failures (in logs, databases, caches, etc.)
  • Develop tools for the QA department
  • Determine strategies for expanding product test coverage

What you need to bring:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in test development in a Middle or Senior position 
  • Be proficient in JavaScript and one backend programming language (preferably Golang or Kotlin)
  • Be well-acquainted with automation tools (Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, etc.) to the extent of understanding how they can be improved
  • Possess logical thinking and the ability to see cause-and-effect relationships
  • Complete the test task — ecwid.to/autoQA
