ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, instructional design expertise, and project management skills.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Development: Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and training materials aligned with product offerings, customer pain points, and market trends.
  • Training and Onboarding: Develop comprehensive training programs for sales representatives, including onboarding materials, product knowledge sessions, and sales methodology training.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
  • Tool Enablement: Identify, evaluate, and implement sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and performance tracking.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and enable sales teams to effectively position LVT’s solutions against competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales enablement initiatives with overall company objectives and messaging.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, track progress, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, leadership, or related roles within the technology or security industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful sales training programs and materials.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, learning management systems (LMS), and content management platforms.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
